Who We Are:

Non-Profit, 501c3 that focuses on leading college baseball players and coaches into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
What We Do:

In partnership with Shepherd Coach and their Founder Tom Roy, we provide the tools and resources college coaches need to win, both on, and off the field.

We work with current college head coaches, their staff, and those that are looking to enter the coaching field to improve their ability to connect and Shepherd their teams like Jesus.

Tom is a former Professional Baseball Player, Head College Coach, and Founder of UPI, a ministry to professional baseball players. UPI helps players learn a new way of life and a new way of thinking about the world based on the life and teaching of Jesus.
